Staff is always helpful and courteous. Even when I space and forget payment is due, they kindly give me a heads up. Never had a problem coming or going and getting to my belongings. Facilities are very clean and well kept.
So far, everything has been great. The service, the location, and the affordable price, has been excellent.
Very clean facility, both outside and inside (particularly clean hallways and bathroom). Well managed and the staff is super helpful. However, when staff steps away from the office, there is no access to bathroom... could be better.
This is the place with the friendly people behind the desk and on the phones. Idaho Self Storage could be cleanest storage facility in the state and with the addition of windows there’s natural light inside. Gates, parking and location are all convenient. Recommended.
