This is a great storage locker location. Place is clean and well organized. Staff are ALWAYS courteous and capable. I’ve been here for over a year and absolutely no complaints. Highly recommend!
I have been storing for almost three years as I was in a different state . They have been so great , easy to contact , easy to work with , and Heather is who I talked to mostly , and she has been wonderful . I just vacated my storage , as I have moved back to Boise and it was easy peazy ! They’ve been wonderful and I highly recommend Idaho self storage on W. Fairview. If I ever need more storage needs it’s the first place I will go ! Thanks again to the staff !

Had a Great experience and although there was a hiccup with the unit we were suppose to get, management did awesome at still accommodating us and honoring the rate. They always were great with communication and we'd definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a storage unit. If we ever need to, we're definitely going back!!
