I’m disappointed with how Ryan Machos' Idaho Select Insurance office handled the cancellation of our policy. After consolidating our insurance elsewhere, we expected clear communication. Instead, without any phone call or email, we were sent to collections—something we only learned about when contacted by their attorney. As a small business in Boise, I would expect a local office to at least reach out before taking such drastic action. This was completely avoidable and handled poorly.
Tony and his agency are fantastic to work with. I use them for my personal and business policies. He goes above and beyond providing customer service after hours!!
I am deeply indebted to Idaho Select Insurance LLC and Ben Mock. I was having trouble getting homeowner’s insurance due to a claim for water damage inside my home. Ben was able to take care of this for me very quickly which was a great relief. They are now my go-to-company for all of my Insurance.
