The absolute most poorly laid out doctors office I have ever been to. Considering the likely demographic that will be patients there, plus their drivers, as most will have eye dilation , the waiting room is very small, most seats taken. The “dark” room, where you are herded to after dilation, is also very small, no seats to be had. The techs drop the people off without even looking if there is room. Dr. Ali Parhiz of Idaho Retina Center was rude and condescending. If I could give a negative rating for this doctor I would. I've never encountered a physician's practice where I felt more like number than at this office. Furthermore, after being there nearly two hours waiting to see the Dr. my actual exam was rushed and impersonal. I tried asking questions and felt as if I was stupid and an inconvenience, because he had more pressing issues. My appointment at this clinic was the worst experience ever!
