IPM is a great company, I have had the pleasure of working with them for several years. I had them replace my parents kitchen floor recently and they were awesome. It turned into a mitigation due to finding water under the old vinyl, they were super helpful and patient throught the whole process and installed new floor as soon as the mitigation was done. Great team to work with and Bronson is always super helpful.
A technician was available a couple hours ahead of schedule and was sent out to upgrade flickering fluorescent tubes to LED. Tony was quick and professional.

We are impressed with IPM from the initial contact to the fished repairs. Jacob, the technician, was very thorough and made sure the repairs were done thoroughly before he left. He even called us with a question and waited until we could get there to discuss it with us. He went out of his way to make sure the repair was satisfactorily completed. And the charge was exactly as estimated. They were on time and dependable. We’ll recommend them to others and use them again.
