Rented almost 2 years. Stuff that was broken when moved in never gor fix and even said something and still never fix. I moved out and they try charge me for stuff they never fixed in first place tell show proof. Then got final bill and I paid it. A couple days later after new tenant moves in I get email saying more broken blinds even after they went thru and fix repairs they said and I paid final bill. Now month after that coming back hhere's final bill for blinds. Won't rent from them again or will I refer them.

Poor structure of a company. Very sad too soon see this company’s downfall. Bill is a scam. I would never go through with a company more hypocritical than this one. They use people. Especially you bill. So please who ever is out there do not endure with this company or you will face some serious unnecessary problems.
Sheryl Stans and Alex Dilworth have been amazing to work with! They are very responsive whether it’s during or after hours, and make everything hassle free! 10/10 recommend.
