By far best customer experience I've had at any business of all kinds. These guys know what they are talking about, help you find what you're looking for, answer all your questions, and leave you walking out the door more knowledgeable than you did when you came in.. I really like that store it feels old and new at the same time and the zen of a shop is like no other... can we carry on the brave tradition... i think so...oh yea and they know some stuff about the stuff...
Went in to look at road bikes the staff spent time with me going over several options explaining bikes designs seemed to really know there stuff!!
