RecommendedWe drive 2 1/2 hours to get our bikes serviced. We love their bike shop! They have a extremely customer focused team, that has helped us build and customize our bikes.
I had such a fun time picking out my first mountain bike last summer. The man who helped me was so knowledgeable but didn’t make me feel weird about not knowing much. I finally got the chance to take it out and when the trail got tough, I just remembered him saying how he knew it was the bike for me because I wouldn’t stop smiling around the parking lot. Went in looking for something comfy to hike in. Anne was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I'm big on customer service and will almost always pay a little more for it, especially when it keeps our local shops open. HUGE kudos to the whole team, I've always had a great experience when shopping here.
We have had several experiences at IMT and I can say without a doubt if you didn’t at least stop in before making a purchase somewhere else you cheated yourself! We tried other bike shops in town and unless you look like your going to spend a lot of money you get ignored! IMT took the time to find out what we were after they took the time to fit each of us to a bike.
