I had a factory warranty covered problem with the Weber grill I'd purchased from Idaho Lumber & Hardware in Hailey. I greatly appreciated the exemplary customer service general manager Chris Richardson afforded me in rectifying it.
When we were traveling through Hailey recently, a weld on our van rear rack broke and needed a temporary repair before we could continue our trip. The employees at Hunters came to our rescue, coming out to the van, suggesting an inexpensive remedy, and then even doing the repair! We were so grateful for the help and the sense that most people are essentially good and generous. Thank you so much for your kindness and attentiveness to us. We will pay it forward.
