Buyers beware apparently in the state of ID the seller of property can raise the price after contract is already in process and deposit has been made with cash offer for full asking price has been made. I would not recommend working with Dan Prado I felt it was very unprofessional that it took 2 days to call back when trying to reach out to buy property for full price also very unethical to not inform us that owner could raise price after entering into contract which leads me to believe he knew something like this was going ... read more
