Impossible to get ahold of anybody. They allowed my insurance to lapse when I first signed up. I thought it was a fluke. Fast forward six months later and I can get them to answer the phone to ADD more property to my insurance.
Melissa was amazing, so helpful and was able to help us get insurance we could actually afford. love and appreciate how much effort she put into helping and explaining everything to us!
I walked into the Caldwell office today and was greeted with a smile. I was taken by the lovely lady Melissa. I requested a quote for my multi vehicles and she immediately went to work on it. Through out my time with her she explained the process and what would fit my needs best. Thanks to her I have a new policy and it is at the lowest price I have seen in years. Thank you Melissa for all that you did for me and my vehicles.
