Products have been great. Missed marks in the following: Customer service, communication, and major lack of respect for patients time. In a very short amount of time they have missed a telephone appointment. Let me sit in the waiting room for almost 30 minutes, and told me they said they didn't see me sitting there. There's only six seats. They also threaten to not see you if you are 5 minutes late. Which the tone of that is very distasteful. I want you to pay on time and be on time but they won’t be.
