They gave me the runaround for scheduling an appointment, said they needed the last 10 years of my medical records before they could schedule the appointment. That it was up to me to go to their website, fill out a release form. The website instructed me to email the form. The email went unanswered for a month, and I am still waiting for a response.
Came here for carpal tunnel suspicions. Dr. Lorentzen diagnosed it and recommended the release procedure for both, which I had done in office. I only had positive experiences with the staff and would recommend this office. The procedures went perfectly and I'm thrilled with the results! Recovery was not bad at all. Took one day off for the first and was back to work one handed. Thankful every day that I can use my hands again.
