They are very nice and personable. He put his treatment, which he said was carbon monoxide. Unfortunately it did not work. I called three days after the treatment and he came back a second time and did the same thing, unfortunately it did not work again, new circles of dirt were appearing. I called next day and was told, “ if you want us to come back out we will charge you another $75. Why would I do that, it did not work? The warranty is that they will come out a second time, not that they will get rid of the gophers!!!
