From youth sports to large scale events Idaho Forest Group is one of the most community involved companies I know of. In addition the jobs provided by IFG are vital to Idaho’s economy.
Great wages and they take care of workers
Since you are treating your employees just as horribly as Tricon did you should not have made so many unfulfilled promises. You “leadership” is a joke. The lines (or should I say lies) handed to the employees to keep them happy for the time being are going to turn around to bite you. You are apparently unable to see that you are wearing down your crew to the point where you are losing moral and driving your workers away. Worked with Jeff Berend at IDFG to selectively log my property. He recommended strategies to help me collect the most amount of money from my property while at all times keeping in consideration for my forest and landowners well being. Very respectful and great to work with. Highly recommend.
Start supporting LOCAL Logging companies and Contractors instead of bringing in High Cost Helicopter companies from OUT OF TOWN overloading the mill capacity by buying logs from Oregon and Montana then shutting off local contractors cause your mill yard is too full !!!! Start supporting you LOCAL community and your employees Keep Grangeville Alive keep going like this and Grangeville will end up a GHOST TOWN !!! STOP BREAKING YOUR LOCAL CONTRACTORS !!!
