I joined Idaho Fitness Factory years ago to keep my stamina up during my sports off-season, and honestly, I loved it from day one. Then life did what life does—work took over, my workouts slowed down, and eventually I passed my membership to my son. This is for the Ten Mile location in Meridian. So far so good. The equipment is great, the gym is always clean and there are plenty of options for strength training. I would like to see a ban on tri-pods with cameras in this gym.

Nice, clean gym with great equipment! Been an IFF member for a long time and you just can’t beat their prices and facilities.
