Gym itself is very mediocre. It has enough equipment for basic workouts but is lacking if you want to get serious in any particular area. Also, if you go during rush hour the parking lot is often full and you won't be able to use it. Even if it's not rush hour then you usually have to tailor your workout to whatever equipment is open because they only have one machine of each type with only a few exceptions. These are the best gyms in Idaho. Very clean and the best equipment possible. Staff is top notch
