I used to go to the Nampa location and have since taken a break. I signed back to and decided to make Franklin my home gym and I love it so far! I go early so its not too busy for me ever. The staff are really friendly and the facility is very clean! I switched from Villa Sport and I'm not regretting it! Its just right for me.

We used to enjoy coming here but were disappointed as we messaged through the website and emailed the admin email and got not response even after 4 days! We had an incident with two young boys harassing and hitting our children in the kids room and even damaging the kids room TV and surroundings. It shouldn’t be this hard to get in touch with the person in charge!

This gym chain is awesome, this location included. It’s the cleanest gym I’ve ever used; you see the staff cleaning it every single day. The staff are friendly, the price is great. My only minor complaint is that this location is a little small, but it still more than gets the job done. I do weight lifting 4 times a week and am always able to do what I need, even when it’s busy.
