This place used to be hassle free, now they nickel and dime you like crazy. If your auto pay doesn't go through, (I had to get a new debit card because of fraud) they charge you a "service fee" which is $25 for them doing absolutely nothing. If you want to join to have to pay a yearly fee so best not to join here anymore. The time of IFF is over. Place always smells like bleach and the "new" equipment is low quality.

Super friendly staff; a good variety well maintained equipment, a great collection of dumbbells, jump boxes, a heavy bag with gloves, and a few other goodies. You could do conditioning for athletics easily in here and the patrons are generally respectful and friendly in my experience.

This is a great gym. Clean and machines are always working. Four stars is for the only men's shower sometimes missing the curtain.
