Worst experience with Healthcare in Idaho Falls yet. We were asked to show up 20 minutes early for an 8am appointment. January temps were in the teens, doors locked with a receptionist behind the counter staring at us. We knock on the door and the lady reluctantly comes to the door and says we have to wait in the car until they open at 8. At 8;05 a nurse finally unlocked the door and let us in. Wonderful clinic! The staff members are efficient, knowledgeable, very helpfull, kind and compassionate and seem to be hard at work. I really like my new M.D. Dr. Liljenquist, very nice person! Dr. Liljenquist listens and addresses things I am concerned about. He makes me feel valued as a person and like he really wants to get down to the root of my health issues. I would like to shout out to an amazing young care giver. She is bright and so kind. Always greats us by name, asking, how are you guys? Her name is McKenna and she is our nurse. We appreciate her kindness's that we receive every time we visit. McKenna, deserves a big raise! Thank you McKenna. Our regular primary Dr. had resigned, to pursue other opportunities.
