they terminated my lawyer from the firm and didn't have the decency to call me in person. I had to find out via email. They refused to work with me on payments or anything since it was close to my trail date. I was only able to speak to the paralegal over the phone was not able to speak to the billing department. the paralegal was very polite but also very robotic and cookie cutter in her responses. unless you keep a minimum of 5000 in your account they don't want to do anything at all.
