The kindest person helped us today. With our situation we were going to need to change a lot of things and she sat with us, took care of us, and was nothing but kind, compassionate, and respectful to us. It honestly restored my faith in humanity a little bit. She worked with our situation and didn't just send us home and tell us to figure it out but did what was needed to get everything back into order. We are so grateful.

Lady at reception said my sister had to be here in the building to apply for food stamps. No one is at the desks to apply with, you have to wait in the lobby just to use one of their phones and apply that way. We waited in lobby for almost an hour and out of curiosity, we looked online. Their website said we could just call, we don't have to be here at all. There were 3 open phones and a lobby full of people, but there was no urgency in calling numbers and getting people to the phones. Just sitting here wasting time.

Today I spoke with the lady when you called and you get a call back her name was Amy she was amazing and she should get a raise and all the staff should take etiquette course from Amy so I hope Amy gets a raise and I hope Amy has a good day did I spoke to at 9:15 today a.m. have a great day the only pleasant thing about health and welfare was here Amy

every state office in idaho is terrible. lazy workers that cavalierly irresponsible to your face and even worse behind your back
