Had a great experience here. Needed help with figuring out my father-in-laws long term care through Medicaid and everyone was very friendly and helpful.
Idaho Dept. Of Health and welfare: It was easy to accomplish what I needed to do. The line was short the lady at the front knew exactly what I was there for once I gave her my info, I wasn't sure what I needed to do and the wait was not long. The room was quiet and calm.
