Cam in on a Tuesday to just a question and the lady at station 3 kept yelling was very unprofessional and made people stand behind a wall where they couldnt see or barely hear if she was to yell next. She sat playing on the computer not saying I'll be right with you im finishing up or anything
I think it's stupid they don't offer a call back anymore when their phone lines are busy, instead I have to keep calling till they decided to answer🤬🤬
It's just terrible here I was over not by a lot to get food stamps and my rent and costs of basic necessities takes up any money that I have and the lady didn't even add my hours up right ... You can't survive here . The DHS don't care about people.
I always have to "extract" information out of my customer support people. They knkw the answers to my questions but I have to dig and dig to get the answers
The kindest person helped us today. With our situation we were going to need to change a lot of things and she sat with us, took care of us, and was nothing but kind, compassionate, and respectful to us. It honestly restored my faith in humanity a little bit. She worked with our situation and didn't just send us home and tell us to figure it out but did what was needed to get everything back into order. We are so grateful.
