Worst office personal and communication. Absolutely unsympathetic. Traffic is horrible after school gets out, had a 4:30 appointment. I don’t want to take a day off work for a doctor appointment. Arrived at 4:40, but couldn’t get in the room. No calls after 4:00 so how can you communicate? Tried to call, no answer. I have never had a worse experience in my life. The lack of care by Mikael and his nurses. I was told to await his call when I shared my experience, he never returned my calls. the administrator also shared he would call to correct my experience. I was diagnosed with RA and Hashimotos. I was in a room with his nurse, who was stern, expressionless. Mikael Lagwinski was above sitting with a new patient and discussing my options. It's unfortunate I write this review. While assisting a family member to and from this clinic, I unfortunately witnessed 2 staff members not wearing mask. Pretty disgusting coming from a healthcare provider. These 2 staff members, were in very close proximity to elderly patients with auto immune diseases. Shame on them. Shame on Dan, the apparent office manager, I have called and left 2 messages, no return call.
