I have never had a worse experience in my life. The lack of care by Mikael and his nurses. I was told to await his call when I shared my experience, he never returned my calls. the administrator also shared he would call to correct my experience. I was diagnosed with RA and Hashimotos. I was in a room with his nurse, who was stern, expressionless. Mikael Lagwinski was above sitting with a new patient and discussing my options. It's unfortunate I write this review. While assisting a family member to and from this clinic, I unfortunately witnessed 2 staff members not wearing mask. Pretty disgusting coming from a healthcare provider. These 2 staff members, were in very close proximity to elderly patients with auto immune diseases. Shame on them. Shame on Dan, the apparent office manager, I have called and left 2 messages, no return call. Both Dr. Lagwinski and Jennifer McGill are excellent providers. My previous rheumatologist, well known in Boise, really did me a huge disservice. I believe this may have been due to a lack of knowledge in regards to Spondylitis or autoimmune arthritis in general. Dr. Lagwinski and Jennifer are very knowledgeable and straightened the whole mess out where others had failed.
