I saw Katy Privon who was very informative, a great listener, and have full confidence in her after just one visit. Since then I have had to call in questions and the doctor/MA answered my questions. This clinic is so personable and quick to respond. It is a very rare find! Thank you - great team!
Unfortunately I am completely unsatisfied and disappointed in the lack of professionalism this place has to “offer.” My father has been in severe pain for a few months now. My mother has taken him to his PCP in Florida, Urgent Care in Florida, and since moving back to Idaho, has been trying to get him in to see a physician at this practice. Being from Ohio, and seeing the doctors education and residency, we wanted a specific doctor. I've been going to Idaho Arthritis for a few years now. Staff has always been great and personable. The nurses and doctors have always answered all of my questions and get me in almost immediately when ever I've had an urgent need. I highly recommend this facility and doctors.
Very pleased with service
I was recently diagnosed with PMR by my regular dr who just retired this month. I live in Fairbanks. We do not have a rheumatologist. My dr and PA recommended I go out of State as the one in Anchorage has a 9 month wait period. My heart dr and dentist are both in Boise. Boise is my previous home of 16 years. I have best friends there and a strong support system. I went to Boise State, taught Special Education in Boise and was on Boise Hotshots.
