Very rude and unprofessional.
I saw Dr. Navid Hejazifar for a severe and debilitating issue that I was dealing with. Not only was he extremely neglectful and dismissive, he tried to gaslight me into thinking that my condition doesn’t exist. He then proceeded to lecture me that he only treats patients who are dying, prescribed me a random over the counter probiotic, and sent me along my way. Stay away from this doctor, who doesn’t care to or want to treat his patients.
They book me for video call with Dr. Saba it’s second time I had it. And I’m not saying about their attention, because reception is nice and Dr. Too but gives the impression that is so much busy. But the times I have been the Dr. Always is rush and sims to be like she have a lot of patients. But the first video call she arrived late too and this last time she connected 30 min late and then she’s says that the link was not working that I WILL NEED TO REEBOOK instead they just send me another link inmediatly. this clinic and pharmacy are a mess. i feel bad writing this review, because all the staff i have encountered have been nice (at the clinic and pharmacy), but wow it is unorganized. they claim to have a walk in clinic, but every time you go in they "aren't doing walk ins". i have been booked in for appointments before, but then end up waiting 1 hour or more to be seen (after the appointment time). i have never seen more than 1 doctor working at a time, usually only 1 front desk staff, and the pharmacy takes at least 15 minut... read more
