Had to get and air boot but was gonna arrive at 6 when they close I called and a lovely lady waited until I got there so I can get my boot great service great vibe thank u so much 10 out of 10

I had a very bad experience with this pharmacy and I will never go back. Every time I go in there it’s one issue after another with direct billing. They can’t figure it out on their end and I always end up paying out of pocket. It’s just assumed that I have the money to do this and all of the onus is on me to figure it out. The reality is that I never had a single issue with my old pharmacy with direct billing so I can only believe that it’s due to Norfolk’s pharmacy’s lack of organization. The support and help I received from Alexis was excellent. Surpassed expectations. I highly recommend Norfolk for anyone looking for professionalism, excellent customer service, and most importantly all the extras - warmth, knowledge, trying out assistive devices, and I could go on and on

I live alone have recently suffered an injury and this pharmacy and Home Medical department have proved to be a wonderful support mechanism. In terms of price and service they are unbeatable!
