Been going here for 2 years now, the staff are wonderful! Very patient and kind, and always helps us deal with issues as they come up.
Sold my partner cold medication that expired months ago. Potentially unsafe, a pharmacy should be held to higher standards. They did give us a refund when we came back and asked for one.
Apologies for the 3rd update, I just wanted to shout out the rest of the team again! Everyone that works there (except for the one previously mentioned) are really lovely! I have been going to Dufferin pharmacy for as long as l can remember, l lived in Toronto and they were always my pharmacy. I now live in Woodstock Ontario and still continue to go there. I have used other pharmacy’s including the big chains and never felt like they cared like Dufferin pharmacy does. There staff is amazing and so helpful, the owner is always very helpful along with his incredible staff. l always feel supported there when health got a bit rough. Unfortunately had a disappointing experience here. The staff were not very attentive and communication could have been handled much better. Hoping customer service improves in the future.
