The young man working the front cashier was very friendly and informative about the bug spray purchase. I also inquired about the owner and staff. I appreciated the amazing customer service. Its refreshing to know neighbor hood pharmacy cares so much for their customers.
After years of being frustrated with SDM I transferred everything to IDA - Best decision of my life!! George and Laurie along with the other staff are so pleasant, professional and always willing to do almost anything to help their customers! Can’t say enough positive things about this team !
Laurie is phenomenal!! George is great too. Laurie always goes above and beyond without me asking I absolutely love her and trust her with my life! IDA and their staff are simply amazing and the best! I highly recommend switching to this pharmacy as they are extremely knowledgeable and efficient! No waiting weeks or days for your medication always on time. Also does not hesitate to answer all and any questions. Very thorough I cannot say enough good things about them. Especially Laurie she deserves a raise! 😁
