Laurie is phenomenal!! George is great too. Laurie always goes above and beyond without me asking I absolutely love her and trust her with my life! IDA and their staff are simply amazing and the best! I highly recommend switching to this pharmacy as they are extremely knowledgeable and efficient! No waiting weeks or days for your medication always on time. Also does not hesitate to answer all and any questions. Very thorough I cannot say enough good things about them. Especially Laurie she deserves a raise! 😁
Her Pharmacy you can walk into and the staff will call you by your name. Stop by pick up prescription tell a story or two. Prescriptions are filled quickly and efficiently. There's even a physician on board in case you get the common flu.
i once put a complaint in (very politely) to the owner about an employee I felt was treating me rudely, as well as my mother. Since then, things have only gotten worse. We are often made to sit there for long periods of time waiting for our medication, with nobody returning our greetings or acknowledging that we are there waiting. People who come in after us are often served before us. We are afraid now to mention anything to the owner for fear that it may get even WORSE for us.
