This Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies in all of Ottawa. They actually care about their clients. They’re compassionate kind and when you go in instead of going into a Pharmacy, you feel like you’re going to see old friends great place to go been going here for years, very honest pharmacists, caring stuff and family ran and going in here. You will leave with your dignity and respect and the best knowledge of your medication that you’re supposed to be taking. They make everyone feel so welcome here
I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for years and this place is so compassionate to their clients. I would never go to any other Pharmacy I would strongly recommend this place to the rest of my family or friends.
Excellent customer service and always available to answer any and all questions. The owner and staff have been nothing but respectful and consistent in their excellent service delivery. Very happy and I would highly recommend!
I was looking for a new pharmacy after a few bad experiences at my previous one and I'm so glad I picked Bell Pharmacy. The environment is so friendly and approachable. The people are extremely attentive, caring and make you feel valued. The staff is very knowledgeable and the people I deal with always remember small details about me and my family and take a genuine interest which is rare in this day and age when everything is about the bottom line.
The best thing this owner could do to for the store is to give it to someone who cares for the success. This owner doesn’t care for the patients, staff nor making it last. New leadership/ownership is the only way this store could be saved.
