I’m so glad I discovered IDA Bell Pharmacy! The staff here have been absolutely amazing - always incredibly kind, welcoming, efficient, and genuinely helpful. It’s refreshing to find a pharmacy where you feel like you’re actually being taken care of rather than just another customer. Such a great experience everytime. Highly recommend!!
This Pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies in all of Ottawa. They actually care about their clients. They’re compassionate kind and when you go in instead of going into a Pharmacy, you feel like you’re going to see old friends great place to go been going here for years, very honest pharmacists, caring stuff and family ran and going in here. You will leave with your dignity and respect and the best knowledge of your medication that you’re supposed to be taking. They make everyone feel so welcome here
I absolutely love this place. I have been coming here for years and this place is so compassionate to their clients. I would never go to any other Pharmacy I would strongly recommend this place to the rest of my family or friends.
