I usually get my prescriptions here and the staff are always kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the pharmacists’ here will usually inform you of any changes in hours/closings, to ensure that their clients receive the medications needed. I can also appreciate the late closing times.
Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Ottawa. Super incompitant and they always lie about several things... They take hours to put pills in a bottle.. There is never a lineup when walking in. They say they will be ready for pickup and already charge the cc card on file... Nope not a thing... They always... Always forget to notice if they already ran out of meds before ordering more so your stuck without life saving or improving meds for however long and you are at their mercy of this idioticly run farce.
