Ida has been wonderful in helping our family navigate managing a rental property while being out of state. She is very responsive, amazingly knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to speak with and have on your team. If you have any real estate needs, I cannot recommend Ida more. When the time comes to sell our property she will be our first call.

Ida is amazing! She helped us not only with the purchase of our first home but helped us by while being on the other side of the country. Every question we had she would get an answer for us. Would highly recommend Ida to any future home owners.

Ida was more than happy to help us with FaceTime walkthroughs, and videos to help us get to know each property. At that time the market was very competitive and she gave us all the guidance we needed to make great offers. We finally found our home and were very happy. Ida has been able to recommend vendors for services like maintenance and remodels, and we’ve been thoroughly happy with ... read more
