This is my first and last experience unfortunately. Ms. Ida ensured me that my hair was long enough to be braided and that she could do my hair easy (she seemed even insulted i wanted to check to see if my hair was too short) we set an appointment for 10am the following day and she was 30 minutes late. I figured she was out getting hair but she went to get coffee. I call this place looking to get small twist with human hair added. I talked to a lady and texted her a picture of the style that I wanted. I made an appointment on a Saturday at noon and paid the $20 deposit fee, which I did all this a week prior to the actually date I was scheduled to come in.
