Very bad experience. Steer clear of this place! Made an Appointment over a month ago to get baby lights. I planned my whole day coming from further away. Was told to plan 4 hours for this by their receptionist. First off, I arrived 10 minutes early, before my appointment with Amy and waited almost 15 minutes past my scheduled time. Then after suggesting colors for 10 minutes, and I assumed Amy went to mix the color, she re-appeared and said there was a scheduling problem and they couldn’t do it today.. Just so weird! I’ve been going to ID for years and years. Such a beautiful location. Love the recent updates. Can’t wait for my next shampoo experience, my fave part ❤️ Lisa is so wonderful.
