My furnace started making a loud buzzing noise whenever the heat was on so I contacted ID Mechanical. The communication was fast and efficient and they were able to see me first thing Monday morning to diagnose the issue in less than a minute, get a replacement motor (maybe half an hour), then fix it (about ten minutes). Great experience from start to finish. The installer was professional, punctual, and clearly knew what they were doing. System runs perfectly. Highly recommend.
ID Mechanical was one of three quotes I received and they were very competitive and better than the others for similar or better equipment. I had them replace the A/C, furnance, thermostat and humidifer, along with the water heater. Installation by Igor and Arthur was done very professionally from removal of the old system, to install, clean-up and training on the new system. I'm very pleased with the system and decision to go with ID Mechanical.
