our lot had a weird slope that two other builders told us would be a problem. ID Homes looked at it and figured out how to work with it instead of talking us out of the whole plan. when we were comparing builders around Park Ridge they were the only ones with a real answer. the house sits great on the land now and none of the drainage issues we worried about ever showed up
we battled a tricky lot with a slope in the back and two other builders we talked to in Park Ridge kind of brushed past it. ID Homes actually had a plan for the grading and how the foundation would sit. ended up with a walkout basement that we werent even sure was possible. the drainage work they did before pouring saved us from what couldve been a wet basement situation. house has been through two heavy rain seasons now and stays bone dry
happy with how the house turned out. layout works the way we use it day to day. price stayed where they said it would and the timeline only slipped a couple weeks total
first meeting was actually useful, they asked what we wanted to do daily in the space not just sqft. build went smooth, updates came reglarly. final walkthrough was thorough
