Showed up to the first meeting actually prepared with examples and ideas which was a nice change from the other builder we talked to. Process took about 10 months start to finish on custom build. They kept us in the loop the whole time. Results is a house we love living in
ID Homes built us a new construction home from the ground up. Four bedrooms, finished basement, the works. The end product is exactly what we drew up with them in the planning meetings. Floors are level, doors all close properly, the trim work is clean throughout. Little things like that tell you the crew actually cared about what they were doing. Almost a year in now and we have not had a single issue with anything.
the whole experience with ID Homes was pretty smooth start to finish. they answered questions fast and didnt make us feel like we were being annoying about stuff. selections process was organized, they walked us through everything without rushing it. the build stayed on schedule and the house came out exactly how we pictured it
ID Homes built our new home and the quality of the finished product is what stands out most. The kitchen has soft-close cabinets and a big island with enough counter space to actually prep a meal without running out of room. They did a covered porch off the back that ties into the family room through sliding doors, so during warmer months it basically extends the living space.
