SCAM SCAM SCAM Do not hire/buy anything from ID construction. I bought a house constructed by ID construction in 2023. After 3 months of buying the house I discovered that that the foundation had a leak, whenever it rains water seeps in. The house came with builders warranty which covers masonry and other defects. I called them to come check the leak. They came and did the investigation and found that there was indeed a leak in the foundation and walls. They told me that they will come and fix it and it’s been 8 months since... read more
Most unprofessional crew I have ever seen, living next door to a house stud remodel and the owner Daniel has no respect for the neighbors or their safety. One crew nearly drove a piece of equipment through our fence, due to ''learning''. I have given the owner every chance to make this right and they refuse to fix the damages. The list of problems we have encountered living next to this would takes hours to write. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
