This review is for the phone answering service. I was seen at the Randolph location about a week ago and given blood work to complete. I was told to make an appointment in about 2 weeks. The call service will not allow me to make an appointment despite the fact that I was there a week ago. They said they need to speak to a supervisor and see if a nurse needs to call me for more information they then put me on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up.
