I was excited to try this place after seeing good reviews, but my experience was very disappointing. I booked a manicure online, but when I arrived, they had no record of my appointment. I clearly asked for a simple manicure and French tips yet the technician proceeded with a gel set instead. When I pointed this out, another staff member (who seemed to be the owner) stepped in and finished the service. I came in as a walkin to get my nails done and didn’t have to wait long. The service was good and I’m happy with how my nails turned out. I’d definitely come back
