A1 service and technician! He did one heck of a job! Awesome communication and friendly, caring personality! He was quite empathetic to the fact that I'm disabled and my mother that lives with me is an 85 year old senior citizen. Called to schedule a check-up on our furnace and it sounded like I reached the technician directly. He seemed distracted. He said he could come out to the house, we set a date and time, and then he asked me to text him the date and time that we decided on, along with my name and address. I didn't expect him to ask a customer to be his personal assistant, but whatever, I didn't mind. It was just weird. So I texted him the time, date, address, etc. Set aside time in my work schedule to be home. He was a no call no show.
