Frankie has been my neighbor for over 5 years and is one of the most genuine people I know! Anytime there is a issue with my HVAC system, he goes above and beyond to make sure my son and I have heat or air. He and his team are awesome, and I would recommend him to anyone!

We bought our original unit from Icy Hot. We have continued to have maintenance done on the unit by Icy Hot. We have been very pleased with the service. They arrive on time for the appointments and if there are any issues, they are always able to correct the problem. Highly recommend this company!
I've been doing work with Icy Hot for several years now. I just had my fall maintenance done by Tim, who was a newer tech with the group. He was simply fantastic. When he found a problem he didn't just quickly point it and give a price. Instead, he took the time to show me the issue, and only recommend a fix. When I decided to go with the fix, he put on a master class on the unit, and really took pride in showing his client the difference in the system.
