Superior service by Faustino. Frankie was so wonderful to find someone on his team to help us on the same day we called. The unit was long overdue for service. We And we will be getting on their maintenance agreement, for sure. We are so glad our friend, Brad, recommended them to us.
Faustino and Tim are awesome - they were straight forward and thorough with their inspection and explained the problem in detail so I could understand how to fix it! Really nice service and I would recommend Icy Hot to anyone! They are honest and work hard!
Updated.... Just wanted to clarify a few points. Even after the Icy Hot work on the unit, I continued to have issues. I was hesitant to bring Icy hot back in because in my opinion, they way over charged me for the 1 hour spent and frankly given the results did not want to have them back... even for warranty service. Because I had just spent so much on the unit with icy hot I lived with the issue until I could not any more and brought in another company.
