We just recently moved to the area and have started going to Icy Dental. Their receptionist was very friendly and helped get our whole family registered and scheduled together for last minute appointments over the phone. We saw both of the dentists and they were both very thorough, kind, and explained things well. Our son is only 2 and this was his first appointment; everyone (desk staff, assistants, and dentists) was great with him. The staff was really friendly and our appointment started on time. I was really impressed and might bump the review up to five stars depending on how our next visit goes.
My appointment today at Icy Dental with Dr Yu and staff provided a great experience and superb quality! During my visit his staff welcomed me to ask questions about what needs to be done on my teeth and give concerns on how I feel prior to. Dr Yu even offered providing future services that could help correct my condition and continue the longevity for healthy teeth.
