If there was a negative rating I would give it to this company. I’ve been in business for myself for 30+ years and I have to say this is the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with in my entire life as a business owner
My claim got transferred to 3 different people and never got a phone call or email from any of the 3 people. Got letters in the mail with phone numbers from claims examiners and they can’t even return a phone call back. All they do is lie through their teeth. They get 5 stars for incompetence
When they say..if you don't have anything nice to say..then don't say anything at all .. I'll just leave it at that
