There’s been a complete lack of communication from the health care provider in used. The person or persons responsible for forwarding my information to ICW from the hospital completely ignored my request for the information many times over. The ICW team went above and beyond to help me with this matter.

I broke my right foot at work nine weeks ago. I've received my checks on thursday since day 1 (from my work).The last two weeks icw groups been sending late. It is currently wednesday.I don't have a check. My phone's off my ribs are broken 380$ A WEEK AINT SHIT . I'm still technically handicapped.i cant call them bc they didnt give me my check. My husband and I have had an extremely frustrating experience with ICW Group during his workers’ compensation claim. As a family with no prior experience navigating workers’ comp or insurance processes, we expected clear communication and basic guidance. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience. This company overcharged us for 3 years , we did not question our broker until she came back with a quote for a renewal . They wanted 100,000 for 1 year . We are a small company with 12 workers with a good history and good rating. We shopped around and got it for $40,000 . Beware please get a broker you can trust and shop around .
