Rude and unprofessional - I have given formal feedback to both The Advantage and Icustomer and have had no response - I have waited a few weeks to be fair and have had no communication or received any apology or follow up after the completely unprofessional interaction with their so called expert - arrogant, rude and demeaning is how i would put these guys and the fact that i have not had a response since shows no care for the people they target - it is a clear indication you are a money target for them - a simple question o... read more
