This place is great. They were able to take my design and print it the same day. The guy behind the counter, Abdul is awesome and very helpful. He lets you know right away if your design will work and helps you fix it to make sure you get the best item at the end I was very happy with my hoodie and I'll definitely be back to get more items customized in the future Highly recommend this place if you need something with a quick turnaround and a helpful customer support

⭐ 1 Star Unfortunately, I’m leaving this review specifically because of the way I was treated by one employee. I want to be clear about which employee I’m referring to so that no other employees are held responsible for this experience. He was a larger-built male employee who was working at the store when I placed my custom order. From the beginning, I was nothing but polite and respectful. Very nice customer service. I am on the third shirt with the same employee who has made all three of my shirts with dedicated hard work and some I highly recommend the store with the most hardest working employer who does nice printed out shirts takes the time and some very much dedicated hard worker.
Needed a last minute jersey print for the World Cup. iCustom Oakridge were able to provide quick service, doing the print same day with good price and good quality! Shoutout to Abed for being attentive and responsive.
