Roger did an amazing job on our report and goes into fine details and provides plenty of pics about any issues and possible solutions if applicable. Very thorough and affordable as well. Great job! Will be taking the info we got to our home sellers. I’ll definitely use him again if we decide to go with a different house.

I was having a problem with insurance thought I needed inspection on my mobile home I called Roger for an inspection. He came to my home and talked to me about my problem instead of just doing the inspection and charging me Come to find out I did not need the inspection. I asked him what I owed him for coming out. He shook my hand and said have a great day. No charge !!!! I took time from his day and he helped me and it was no charge. I was so thankful.
