ICU Computer Services is awesome! Any time I have an issue with my computer...Bob is always there! I really appreciate that he doesn't rush the appointment and answers all my questions! Bob is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He quickly identifies the problem and fixes it! Thank you Bob!!!

I have been working with Bob for probably 10 years. Bob is outstanding. He is always patient with me and my various computer problems and makes great recommendations for hardware or software. I highly recommend him!

Bob saved many precious memories by retrieving photos from a crashed/corrupted camera SanDisk memory card. He was professional, pleasant, quick, interesting, and gave some excellent tips on camera memory cards and a backup drive for my laptop. I am very grateful for his services. Highly recommend!!!

Bob worked with me, a "mature" client, and though unknown to me prior to my computer crashing, I will forever be in his debt. He is kind, funny, articulate in his directions, and above all, patient! he deserves more stars than are possible---and I would recommend him to anyone having computer problems! He will "make your day"!!

Bob Plourdes is excellent at his job. He has yet to not solve a computer issue in the last 6 years that he has been my "IT" person. I am thankful for his very quick response. He obviously continues to grow in knowledge of computer technonogy so that he can serve his costomers very well. I recommend him highly for all of your computer needs. I would give ICU and Bob a 10+ rating.
