Bob is terrific. I couldn't be happier with the performance of my computer after Bob worked his magic. Installed a new hard drive-imported all data and it works like a charm. Super fast-better than new. I highly recommend Bob for any computer issues.
My computer was compromised after I called what I thought was Microsoft tech support. Turned out while on the call they were taking control of my computer and wanting bank info. Computer froze and keyboard disabled. Panic set in Called around and ICU Computer Services was recommended. Called ICU and Bob the owner answered (amazing) and spent over 2 hours troubleshooting and cleaning up my computer. One of the best experiences I have had.
