Bob saved many precious memories by retrieving photos from a crashed/corrupted camera SanDisk memory card. He was professional, pleasant, quick, interesting, and gave some excellent tips on camera memory cards and a backup drive for my laptop. I am very grateful for his services. Highly recommend!!!
I called ICU to get help reseting my laptop to factory setting. Bob was friendly and knowledgable. He let me know that he could handle the work if I ran into any issues. GREAT SERVICE! THANK YOU! Definitely will be my go to for pc repair in the future!
I needed help with my PC not outputting a signal. Ended up needing to replace the non-existent thermal paste. Even helped by giving me some tips to help protect my PC as well. If you're new to owning a PC and need some help with a build, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Bob is the go-to guy if you need computer repairs. Fastest help you can get. I wish I could 10 stars.
