I am so happy I found ICU Computer Services. Bob there still remembers what personal customer service used to be and lives it. He cleaned old Betsy’s malware and eliminated two tracker programs. He tuned her up and she has an even faster response time than her early days. All this was done for a very fair price. ICU has booked a new longterm customer. Unless it is lying upside down and smoking, consider ICU Computer Services to give your machine a new, safe life.

My computer was compromised after I called what I thought was Microsoft tech support. Turned out while on the call they were taking control of my computer and wanting bank info. Computer froze and keyboard disabled. Panic set in Called around and ICU Computer Services was recommended. Called ICU and Bob the owner answered (amazing) and spent over 2 hours troubleshooting and cleaning up my computer. One of the best experiences I have had. Bob worked with me, a "mature" client, and though unknown to me prior to my computer crashing, I will forever be in his debt. He is kind, funny, articulate in his directions, and above all, patient! he deserves more stars than are possible---and I would recommend him to anyone having computer problems! He will "make your day"!!
