I am writing to provide feedback regarding the repairs conducted at my home following the September 2025 hail storm. I initially chose ICT Home Pros because they are a local company with good reviews. While the final appearance of the roof and paint is satisfactory, the overall experience was characterized by poor communication and a disregard for my specific requirements.
