This company (Ed and Andrea) have been a NIGHTMARE to work for! We were contracted by Ed in March to do some new improvements one of their "clients" in Santa Ana. I drove up to meet Ed on site to see what they all needed. I showed up and met with Ed. Seemed like a very nice gentlemen. After sending him a quote I received a call from Ed stating that he bid the job wrong and was not making any money off the job if I could take my price down at all to help him out. I have heard nothing but great things about ICS Pacific Builders so I contacted them to do a tenant improvement for me as I just signed a new lease. We needed to be moved into the space very quickly. They were very easy to work with and did an excellent job. I would refer them to anybody who is looking for a General Contractor.

I referred ICS Pacific Builders to a new tenant that was moving into one of our spaces. ICS was dedicated to servicing them and with their high turn around bid proposals they were shortly moving forward with the innovation of our new space. We were very impressed by their stringent time schedules and limited construction budges. The new tenant was VERY pleased and excited to be working in their new space.
