ICS Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new high efficiency heat pump w/AC in 3/2025. They provided excellent service from start to finish: sales, installation, training us on the new smart thermostat and the office support staff. They even completed the rebate forms for me. Last month our 30 + year old heat pump/air handler broke. [It was 30 + years old only because ICS maintained it well] Anyway, I was very shocked, but I knew this day was coming. The second shock was over how quickly the ICS team could efficiently & quickly replace everything. Unbelievable !
