Purchased a home in the west end knowing the AC unit was old but still functional. In an attempt to be prepared I started meeting with HVAC companies, nice folks. ICS recently installed a new High Efficiency HVAC system for us. From day one everything went smooth. Everything that needed to be done was thoroughly explained to us and was executed as quoted. The technicians/installers that put the unit it were clean, respectful and very knowledgeable. I would recommend ICS for any of your HVAC needs!

ICS Heating & Air Conditioning installed a new high efficiency heat pump w/AC in 3/2025. They provided excellent service from start to finish: sales, installation, training us on the new smart thermostat and the office support staff. They even completed the rebate forms for me. ICS truly goes above and beyond. They recommended and installed an additional return air duct. WOW what a difference it made by making the Family Room more comfortable. Last month our 30 + year old heat pump/air handler broke. [It was 30 + years old only because ICS maintained it well] Anyway, I was very shocked, but I knew this day was coming. The second shock was over how quickly the ICS team could efficiently & quickly replace everything. Unbelievable ! John had everything logistically arranged within a week, he worked with us on the details and now we're not chopping wood anymore !
