While on holidays I went in for a wash and blow dry and they did a fantastic job, so I booked in for a colour and cut. I was told I needed to go brighter for the colour (my hair was already turning copper) I said ok, uneasy about it. Thinking she is the hairdresser she knows what she is doing. A couple of days later I went in and was told I needed to get layers, even though I repeatedly said I didn't want layers as it doesn't suit my hair (and have been told by several other hairdressers).
