Keith was prompt to correct our phone configuration. He knows what he is doing and had it completed the same day.
My wifi was not working, so one of the people in charge of my apartment said to call them. I called them, explained the issue and when it started, they told me there was a storm that reset some stuff. They walked me through the whole process, told me they would call me back in about 15-20 minutes. About 15-ish minutes later they called me back and we got my wifi working again.
