From the moment I walked in, everything felt welcoming, but what truly made the visit exceptional was Rock! Rock went above and beyond. He took the time to explain each service in detail, made sure I was comfortable before starting, and checked in throughout the entire process. Great experience at iCRYO. It was clean, organized, and well run. I opted for the cryotherapy, infrared sauna, red light therapy, and compression chairs and felt amazing after. Big shoutout to Rock though, he really made the entire visit. Super helpful, explained everything, and just went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied the whole time.

Was curious about iCryo, popped in and was greeted with a warm welcome from Sarah and Taylor. Sarah gave me the full tour and I chose CRYO (favorite) for 3 minutes at -150 felt fantastic! Then used the Red light therapy and with Sarah’s expertise she suggested the dry float, which was heaven. I didn’t fall asleep, but I definitely was very relaxed and in a meditative state. Great experience, recommend it to all. Thank you Sarah for sharing your knowledge, see you again soon.
As soon as you walk in you get a sense of relaxation. You are welcomed immediately by Sarah’s smiling face. You get a detailed tour of all the amenities and feel that you want to try every one. This was my 3rd visit and will continue to go when time allows. I highly recommend!
